Our 2018 training workshop focussed on the issue of extra-judicial killings in the Philippines, under the Duterte government’s so-called “War on Drugs”. Practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, including the law, activism and journalism came together to learn about monitoring human rights violations and digital security for human rights defenders.
