The International Coalition to Stop Crimes Against Humanity in North Korea (ICNK)<\/a>, joined by 68 other groups and 7 concerned individuals, sent a <\/span>j<\/span>oint open letter to South Korean President Moon Jae-in about the issue <\/span>on 21 February, 2020. <\/span><\/p>\n

Transitional Justice Working Group (TJWG) and 5 Access Accountability partners cosigned the letter to support the issue.<\/span><\/p>\n
